The Memo I Never Got (MING) is a strategic advisory firm that provides bespoke services to leaders committed to building cultures, spaces, programs, and initiatives that drive high-performance by teams who value diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in their work.
MING's services range from talent strategy, diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging advisory services, executive coaching, project/program design, strategic thought partnership, and ongoing implementation support. Through our work, we seek to provide the additional support senior leaders may need to design, launch and manage programs and initiatives that enhance team performance while centering and advancing diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Our work offers benefits to all leaders with an enterprise and we are committed to only engaging in projects that are deliberately designed to ensure outsized and positive benefits can also be realized by individuals who identify as BIPOC or women.
The engagement begins with the MING Team meeting leaders and/or Board members to engage in the inquiry and self-reflection process to identify challenges and define engagement goals.
The MING Team initiates additional conversations. reviews data, and information and leverages our experience and best practices to begin crafting and offering strategies to resolve the challenge(s).
The MING Team supports the leader in deciding on a path forward, crafting and enacting an implementation plan, and pivoting appropriately as new learnings become available.
